Paul Scott P.E. S.E

Structural engineering since 1977

Paul Scott has worked as a structural engineer for over 45 years. He has worked with hundreds of architects, contractors and owners to design thousands of buildings. He began working at Caruso & Parke Structural Engineering in 1977, then Caruso Engineering in 1979. In 1981, Sam Caruso asked Richard Turley and Paul Scott to become Junior Partners and Caruso Turley Scott (CTS) began its journey to become the largest structural engineering firm in Arizona. At the end of 2022, Paul retired from CTS and established Scott Structural Engineering.

Very active in developing the masonry code (TMS 402/602) since 2009

 

DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS
Visit buildings and/or steel canopies to assess damage and issue damage assessment report

 

SPECIAL STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS
Provide special structural inspections for buildings and canopies
